Chair of Trustees
Ken has been a trustee for BSEVC for over 15 years and is currently chair. He made a career working for leading commercial organisations in sales, marketing and business development roles in several European countries. For the ten years leading up to retirement Ken ran his own very successful business consultancy. He’s worked with several charities and appreciates the importance of sound business management and leadership.
Chris joined the trustees in 2011 and became treasurer for the charity in 2013. Chris works in financial services at clients such as Aviva, Royal London and Financial Ombudsman Service. Chris previously worked for the UK’s largest housing association, the media company Granada and the computer giants CDC and Digital.
James Bidewell joined the BSEVC/Aspire Board in late 2019.
Initially qualifying as a Probation Officer in the early 1990’s he worked in a number of West Suffolk towns in magistrate courts and groupwork programmes. After completing an MBA he moved into the software industry where he has held sales and senior management roles.
In his spare time he enjoys working on vintage cars and motorcycles. He is also a keen on mountain and road cycling and has completed many rides in the UK and France.
